In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and woodwork for residential and commercial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and woodwork components Use hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines to cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet parts Measure and mark materials precisely to ensure proper fit and alignment during assembly Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, siding, trim carpentry elements, and other wood components on-site with attention to detail Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for handling large or heavy wood materials safely Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to power tool safety protocols Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure specifications are met throughout the construction process Ability to perform heavy lifting safely up to 100lbs Ability to speak English to effectively communicate with coworkers, designers and customers Experience Familiarity with shop safety standards and the use of hand tools and power tools for woodworking Experience interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately Hands-on experience with woodworking machines and power tools used in cabinet making and carpentry projects Experience working with solid wood, sheet goods, veneer and laminates Knowledge of installation and adjustment of all types of cabinet hardware Join our team if you're passionate about creating beautiful woodwork that transforms spaces!
