High end Kitchen and Closet company in the Miami Design District area is currently seeking a qualified installer with at least 2 years of experience in kitchen and closet cabinetry.
Job Title:
High-End Cabinetry Installer - Kitchens & Closets Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Cabinetry Installer to join our team, specializing in the installation of custom, high-end kitchen and closet systems. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in luxury millwork installation, precision craftsmanship, and the ability to deliver a flawless finished product that meets the highest standards of design and quality. Key Responsibilities Install custom cabinetry, kitchen systems, and closet solutions according to detailed shop drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Ensure millwork is fitted seamlessly, leveled, and aligned with precision. Report direct to a project coordinator Handle cabinetry materials with care, ensuring no damage during handling or installation. Use professional tools, equipment, and installation techniques to achieve luxury-grade results. Identify and correct minor adjustments (scribing, trimming, leveling, hardware installation) to ensure a perfect fit. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites. Follow company standards for quality, professionalism, and client service. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, or luxury furniture installation (kitchens/closets preferred). Strong knowledge of woodworking and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings and technical specifications. Skilled in use of hand and power tools for precision installation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and ability to work in high-end residential environments. Physical ability to lift, carry, and install cabinetry and panels safely. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team, reporting to a leadership Preferred Experience with luxury brands or high-end residential/commercial projects. Knowledge of concealed hardware, specialty fittings, and modern closet/kitchen systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus. Candidate must have own tools. Candidate must have a reliable transportation.
