In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, installing, and repairing custom cabinets and woodwork for residential projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces with precision craftsmanship and attention to detail. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cabinet design and installation. Measure spaces precisely and cut wood or other materials using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines. Construct cabinets, trim, siding, doors, fixtures, and other wood components according to specifications. Install cabinetry, fixtures, molding, and hardware securely on-site while adhering to safety standards. Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, stucco repairs, tile laying, plastering, rebar installation, and water damage restoration as needed. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or remodeling projects. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while following power tool safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating and reading construction plans.
