Cabinet & Flooring Installer Overview:
Garage Living Orlando is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as an Installer. As a Installer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality garage organization solutions to our customers across Orlando. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to transforming our clients' garage spaces. Applicants must provide their own basic hand tools necessary to perform the job.Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and assembly of garage organization products, including cabinets, shelving systems, flooring, and overhead storage units, under the guidance of experienced installers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of installation projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients during the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers to coordinate scheduling and logistics for installation assignments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in floor coatings, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring accurate and precise installations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and products in the garage organization industry.
