Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented custom cabinet fabricator needed to build reception desks, nurse stations, hospital & hotel public space millwork and other case goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, carpentry, and materials handling, with the ability to operate various tools and machinery. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, craftsmanship, and technical expertise. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and be committed to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks. Duties Fabricate, assemble, and install components using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment Perform carpentry tasks including framing, millwork, and construction-related activities Conduct machining operations for fabrication projects with attention to detail and safety protocols Handle materials throughout the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and movement Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards Read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly Skills Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment Proficiency reading blue prints and shop drawings Mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication, millwork, and carpentry Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials handling techniques Experience with assembly, construction, machining, and fabrication projects Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position is ideal for individuals passionate about craftsmanship, construction, and manufacturing who are eager to contribute their skills to diverse projects.
