We are looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our company. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cabinet & Countertop Installer to join our installation team. This position is ideal for someone with strong commercial installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently in the field, and can complete installations according to drawings and project specifications. Responsibilities
  • Install commercial cabinetry, casework, countertops, millwork, and related components
  • Install plastic laminate, solid surface, and other countertop materials
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, architectural drawings, elevations, and field dimensions
  • Accurately lay out and install cabinets, panels, fillers, trim, countertops, and hardware
  • Scribe and fit cabinetry and countertops to walls and existing conditions
  • Level, shim, fasten, and securely anchor cabinetry
  • Perform field modifications when necessary to achieve a professional finished installation
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, other trades, and installation team members
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and safe jobsite
  • Follow company and jobsite safety requirements Qualifications
  • Commercial cabinet, architectural millwork, or countertop installation experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cabinet construction and installation methods
  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings and construction documents
  • Experience using drills, saws, routers, levels, lasers, and other installation tools
  • Strong measuring, layout, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an installation crew
  • Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to lift and maneuver cabinets, countertops, and other installation materials
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work overtime when project schedules require it What We Offer
