We are looking for someone passionate about creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet each client's unique needs.Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed Ability to Lead and Train entry level installers Ability to quickly identify solutions to problems and act accordingly to solve issuesQualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plusResponsibilities :
Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process Maintain a safe and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service Lead training and support for entry level team members Pickup and drop off service vehicle at designated locations We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
