Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Closet Installer to join our installation network as a 1099 Independent Contractor . We design, build, and install custom closets, cabinetry, kitchens, built-ins, and storage solutions throughout South Florida. What You'll Do Install custom closets, cabinetry, kitchens, shelving, built-ins, and storage solutions. Read and follow design plans, drawings, measurements, and installation instructions. Make precise adjustments and modifications on-site when needed. Troubleshoot installation issues and find practical solutions. Safely operate professional hand and power tools. Communicate with our design and operations team regarding job details or field conditions. Protect clients' homes and property during installation. Keep the work area clean and organized and leave the jobsite clean when finished. Perform service calls, adjustments, repairs, and follow-up work as needed. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional experience installing closets, cabinetry, kitchens, millwork, and similar custom products. Strong finish-carpentry and installation skills. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and elevations. Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Professional, reliable, and respectful when working in clients' homes. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work on ladders, and stand/bend/kneel for extended periods. Comfortable using professional hand and power tools. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position Commission-based on a per-project basis $30/hour for approved service calls and follow-up work Additional project opportunities based on demand Earn based on the projects you complete Tools As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing and maintaining your own professional hand and power tools and reliable transportation. Company tools may be provided when authorized in advance. Schedule Flexible schedule based on project availability Primarily weekday installations Ability to accept or decline available projects based on your availability Why Work With Us?
