Job Description
Renuity is seeking experienced cabinet refacing installers to support kitchen remodeling projects on a 1099 basis. You'll remove and prepare existing cabinets, install new doors, drawers, and veneers, ensure precision fit and finish, and maintain a clean, safe jobsite. Partner with local Renuity teams to deliver on-schedule, high-quality work and an excellent homeowner experience. Ideal for independent contractors with strong finish carpentry skills, professional communication, and a commitment to craftsmanship and reliability. Responsibilities Perform cabinet refacing including removal, preparation, and installation of doors, drawers, and veneers Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials to existing cabinetry Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to Renuity workmanship standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite in occupied homes Communicate professionally with homeowners and Renuity coordinators about timelines and project status Follow all safety protocols and building guidelines during installations Manage time and materials efficiently to complete projects on schedule Document work completed and report issues or change orders promptly Required Skills Cabinet refacing Finish carpentry Power tools operation Measurement and layout Blueprint/plan reading Surface preparation Jobsite safety compliance Time management Customer communication Problem solving
