Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Stone Countertop Digital Templator with a minimum of 2 years of digital countertop templating experience. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate understands the complete countertop process—from templating through fabrication and installation—and can confidently work independently while providing accurate, production-ready information. Your template becomes the foundation for fabrication, installation, and customer satisfaction, making this one of the most important roles in our operation. Responsibilities Travel to project sites using a company vehicle. Verify project information, measurements, and existing field conditions. Meet with homeowners, contractors, and project managers. Educate clients on installation requirements and project expectations. Create accurate digital templates using laser templating equipment. Optimize material layouts for fabrication efficiency and installation success. Perform vein matching for natural stone and book-matched materials. Generate complete digital fabrication packages. Coordinate with project managers, fabrication, and installation teams. Identify potential issues before production begins. Help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of digital countertop templating experience required. Strong understanding of countertop fabrication, mitering, assembly, and installation. Experience with quartz, porcelain, marble, quartzite, granite, and natural stone. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
