Duties Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen remodeling projects Create detailed layout designs using 2020 Cyncly design software, incorporating lighting, fixtures, and finishing touches Conduct product demonstrations and showcase custom cabinetry options to clients, emphasizing features and benefits Engage in inside and outside sales activities, building strong customer relationships and identifying upselling opportunities for additional remodeling or fixture sales Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deal closing while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction Assist clients with lighting design, interior layout planning, and overall space optimization for kitchens Manage project timelines, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction Experience Proven experience in kitchen or interior design with a strong portfolio of remodeling projects Skilled in cabinet design software, and Microsoft Office tools for documentation and presentations Demonstrated success in high-end retail or construction sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence Knowledge of renovation processes, construction experience, and fixture installation best practices Strong negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing and upselling in construction or remodeling sales Join us as a Kitchen Cabinet Designer where your creativity meets technical expertise!
