In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom and pre-fabricated cabinets, ensuring precise fit and finish according to project specifications. Duties Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately install cabinets and related fixtures. Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other hand tools to ensure proper fit of cabinetry. Install cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and hardware following blueprint specifications and safety standards. Use power tools, hand tools, ladders, and scaffolding to complete installation tasks efficiently and safely. Perform related tasks such as tile masonry, gutter installation, plastering, caulking, stucco work, and flooring installation as needed on remodeling projects. Conduct quality inspections during installation to verify adherence to design specifications and customer expectations. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Qualifications Proven experience in cabinet installation or general construction with a strong background in carpentry and building material installation. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and ladders for precise measurements and installations. Knowledge of construction management principles including estimating, inspection, and project coordination. Experience with tile laying, masonry (including stucco), fixture installation, framing carpentry, gutter work, plastering, caulking, and flooring is highly desirable. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review is a plus. Ability to follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Construction site experience demonstrating adaptability across diverse environments such as remodeling or new builds.
