We work with millwork manufacturers and general contractors to deliver punctual, precise installs. We value teamwork, safety, and craftsmanship.
Job summary:
We're hiring reliable Helpers to support our installation crews in the WPB area. This is an entry-level to early-career role for physically fit candidates who want on-the-job training in finish carpentry and millwork installation. Helpers work under lead installers to measure, transport, prep, clean up and assist with installations. Key responsibilities Load/unload, protect, and transport cabinetry and millwork at job sites. Assist installers with measuring, squaring, clamping, and fitting pieces. Hold, brace, and secure cabinets/panels during installation.
Prep job sites:
remove packing, protect floors/walls, clean up debris. Follow directions from lead installers and supervisors. Maintain tools and help inventory materials. Daily clean up after work Adhere to safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on ladders/scaffolding. Reliable transportation to crew meeting points and project sites Valid driver's license. Good communication, punctuality, and a team-first attitude. Willingness to learn and commit to quality workmanship. Preferred 0-2 years construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required — we will train motivated candidates. Experience handling cabinetry, millwork, or finish carpentry. OSHA 10 or similar safety training (or willingness to obtain). Basic math and ability to read simple measurements Bilingual (Spanish/English)

$600.00 - $700.00 per week
