SUBCONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY

Field Service Technicians & Cabinet Installers North Miami through West Palm Beach, Florida Elite Building Solutions (EBS) is expanding our subcontractor network along Florida's east coast and is looking for experienced Field Service Technicians and Cabinet Installers to support our growing residential new-construction business. We are specifically seeking experienced professionals with a proven background in cabinet installation, cabinet service, warranty work, and residential new construction.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANS

We are looking for experienced technicians who can independently handle cabinet and countertop service and warranty calls.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and complete cabinet service and warranty issues Make cabinet adjustments, repairs, replacements, and modifications Perform countertop repairs, adjustments, and replacements when needed Inspect completed installations to determine the appropriate solution for service or warranty issues Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and EBS representatives Complete service work efficiently and to EBS quality standards Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while representing EBS Travel throughout the assigned service territory

Required Experience:

Proven experience with cabinet installation and repair Previous cabinet service and warranty experience required Experience working in single-family residential new construction preferred Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.

CABINET INSTALLERS

We are also seeking experienced cabinet installation subcontractors and crews for residential new-construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

Install kitchen, bath, and other cabinetry according to plans and specifications Ensure cabinets are properly leveled, aligned, secured, and adjusted Identify and address installation issues in the field Complete punch, service, and warranty items when required Maintain high-quality workmanship and production standards Work professionally with builders, homeowners, and EBS representatives Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

Required Experience:

Demonstrated experience installing residential cabinetry Experience with service and warranty work Experience in single-family new construction Ability to read and interpret cabinet layouts, plans, and installation instructions Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the territory Own or have access to the tools and equipment necessary to perform the work Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

Must have proven experience in cabinet installation and/or service Cabinet installation, service, and warranty experience is required Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently Must maintain required insurance and provide applicable documentation Ability to work in active residential construction environments Must meet EBS onboarding and subcontractor requirements
