We are seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Builder / Installer to join our dynamic team. This role requires precision, creativity, and a passion for woodworking. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of our custom cabinetry and woodworking projects - from design through to assembly and installation.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and drawings. Build and assemble custom cabinetry according to specifications. Ensure all products meet our high-quality standards. Work collaboratively with the design team to understand and meet client expectations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the workshop. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a seamless production process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cabinet builder or in a similar role. Strong understanding of wood properties and cabinetry design. High level of precision and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision. Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Commitment to the core values of Gratitwood.
