We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Cabinet Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already understands the kitchen and cabinet industry and can confidently work with customers from the initial consultation through the final design. Responsibilities Meet with customers and understand their kitchen remodeling needs Take and review kitchen measurements Create kitchen layouts and cabinet designs Prepare floor plans, elevations, and 3D kitchen designs Design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchens Recommend appropriate cabinet layouts, accessories, and storage solutions Work with customers to select cabinet styles, colors, countertops, and other materials Review designs with customers and make revisions when necessary Prepare accurate cabinet orders based on approved designs Coordinate with the sales, installation, and production teams Ensure designs are practical for real-world cabinet installation Communicate with customers throughout the design process Help close sales by presenting professional kitchen designs and solutions Qualifications Understanding of cabinet dimensions, layouts, fillers, panels, moldings, appliances, and installation requirements Ability to read and understand kitchen measurements and floor plans Customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong attention to detail Reliable, organized, and professionalImportant We are NOT looking for an entry-level designer . The ideal candidate already understands how a kitchen is designed, how cabinets are ordered, and how a design needs to work in the real world during installation. Hands-on experience in the kitchen and cabinet industry is highly preferred. Schedule Full-time position.
