As a Shop Associate , you'll play a hands-on role in building high-quality doors for single-family and multi-family construction projects. Using production machinery, hand tools, and basic carpentry skills, you'll cut, shape, trim, and assemble products that help bring our customers' projects to life. What You'll Do Assemble doors using various door machinery, power tools, and hand tools per specifications and blueprints, including cutting, shaping, and trimming wood. Prepare, inspect, and adjust materials used in door production to meet quality standards. Operate tools safely, maintain accurate records of work performed, and collaborate to achieve production goals. Follow safety guidelines and report concerns promptly. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 6 months experience using woodworking machinery, pneumatic and power tools, and hand tools such as various saws, wrenches, drill, hammer, etc. 1-year experience in a manufacturing or production environment or similar transferable industry. (preferred). Perform heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs. frequently. Proven work history of being dependable and attentive to details. Experience effectively working in a team-centered, fast-paced environment. A commitment to safety and professionalism (pre-employment physical and drug test required). Why join us?
