Swan Creek builds custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for high-end residential and commercial projects across Iowa and the surrounding region. Final assembly is the last set of hands on a job before it ships — the work has to be square, tight, and clean.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assemble cabinet boxes, face frames, and drawer boxes from cut parts Install hardware — hinges, slides, pulls, and adjustable shelving Fit and align doors and drawer fronts to spec Check dimensions and reveals against shop drawings Flag defects before product moves to shipping Keep the assembly area organized and tools maintained

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in cabinetry, millwork, furniture, or finish carpentry preferred Ability to read a tape, a shop drawing, and a cut list Comfortable with pneumatic tools, drills, and basic hand tools Attention to detail — this is the quality gate before delivery Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for a full shift
