About us Cabinet Concepts is a small custom cabinet shop in Eagle, ID. We are quality driven, producing each job one at a time in order to focus on quality over quantity. Cabinet Concepts is seeking to fill a Full-Time position that includes the following:

PRODUCTION/ASSEMBLY

Assemble cabinet boxes, drawer boxes, and other necessary cabinet parts. Previous experience in a cabinet shop would be a plus but is not necessary. We will train motivated individuals.

FINISH CARPENTER/MILLWORK

Assist in the production of miscellaneous custom cabinet parts and components to a cabinet package (ex: custom hoods, island ends, crown, etc.). This position will require previous experience in finished carpentry or custom cabinet shop. Experience with shop tools such as table saws, wide belt sanders, band saw, and more is required for this position. Skills/Knowledge needed to succeed in these positions: Strong working knowledge of tools and equipment common in a cabinet shop such as: power/hand tools, pneumatic fasteners, routers, table saws, joiners, measuring tape etc. Knowledge of proper wood cutting techniques according to cut lists, plans and wood grain. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Ability to work around moving machinery and loud noises. Ability to work overtime if needed to complete a cabinet order. We offer competitive pay based on experience, PTO and a company Simple IRA plan. Our normal shop hours are Monday-Wednesday 6am to 3:30pm, Thursday 6am-2:30pm and Friday 6am-12PM, with the possibility of overtime now and again.
