Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom and pre-fabricated cabinets and architectural millwork in residential, commercial, and remodeling projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in carpentry, blueprint interpretation, and various construction techniques to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to accurately install cabinets according to specifications. Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry using hand tools and power tools with precision. Ensure proper alignment and secure attachment of cabinets, countertops, and related fixtures. Collaborate with project managers, designers, production and clients to coordinate installation schedules and address any on-site challenges. Perform site inspections to verify adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project plans. Utilize construction management software like Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho Projects for documentation and communication of project progress. Assist with related tasks such as trim carpentry, door hanging, caulking, and finishing touches to ensure a polished final product. Other duties as assigned Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy equipment as needed for installation tasks. Strong knowledge of construction plans, schematics, technical drawings, and blueprint specifications. Experience with building material installation including cabinetry, flooring, tile masonry, stucco, roofing, gutters, and drywall finishing. Skilled in measuring with tape measures and interpreting dimensional measurements accurately. Familiarity with construction estimating, inspection procedures, remodeling processes, and restoration work. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to cabinet installation or related fixtures. Ability to operate fabrication equipment and perform tasks such as concrete forming or masonry work when required. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during installations. OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certifications - We will provide compensation for this to the candidate if applicable.
