This position is much more than simply installing metal roofing—you'll be a key part of creating custom architectural details that make homes stand out. If you enjoy precision work, solving challenges, and seeing a beautiful finished product at the end of the day, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Install standing seam metal roofing systems Install architectural metal accents on residential and commercial buildings Measure jobs accurately for custom sheet metal fabrication Flash roof penetrations, chimneys, skylights, walls, and transitions Order custom metal trim and accent pieces Install soffit, fascia, trim, and other custom metal details Install TPO roofing systems on commercial and residential projects (training available for the right person) Work safely and efficiently with a professional crew Communicate with the office regarding measurements, materials, and job progress We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience with standing seam metal roofing, flashing, or architectural sheet metal Can accurately read plans and measure for fabrication Takes pride in doing things right the first time Has excellent attention to detail Is dependable and shows up ready to work every day Can lift 75+ pounds and work comfortably on roofs Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Works well independently and as part of a team Bonus Experience TPO roofing Sheet metal fabrication Siding or exterior finish work Carpentry or framing Experience pulling trailers What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Year-round work High-quality equipment and tools Opportunities for advancement into leadership positions A team that values craftsmanship over cutting corners Stable, locally owned company with an excellent reputation Why You'll Like Working Here We're not looking for someone who just wants another roofing job.
