This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in carpentry, finishing, and various construction techniques. You'll be at the forefront of creating beautiful, functional living spaces while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. Duties Install and assemble cabinetry, fixtures, doors, trim, and flooring with precision and attention to detail Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work to prepare spaces for remodeling Operate power tools and hand tools safely to execute tasks efficiently across multiple projects Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately interpret project specifications Conduct construction inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and adheres to safety protocols Manage glass, countertops, masonry elements, and other custom components Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of remodels while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution Extensive experience with carpentry including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, door hanging, roofing, and cabinet installation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete finishing techniques Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, fixture installation, and restoration processes Experience in flooring installation including tile laying and flooring finishing techniques Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and inspection standards Embark on a career where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
