As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our production team. Position Overview We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Cabinet Maker with hands-on skills in custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. The right candidate has a strong grasp of woodworking techniques, reads shop drawings with precision, and takes pride in producing high-quality, finished work. Key Responsibilities Fabricate custom cabinetry and architectural millwork to project specifications Read and interpret detailed shop drawings accurately and efficiently Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards Qualifications Proven experience in cabinetry or architectural millwork fabrication Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and finishes Ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings Proficiency operating woodworking machinery and tools High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Paid vacation and holidays Retirement plan with company match If you're a skilled Cabinet Maker with a passion for high-end millwork, we'd love to hear from you.
