That's exactly who we're looking for. We're hiring an Installation Tech to work alongside our Lead Installer, supporting the execution of custom closet and home organization projects in clients' homes. This isn't just a helper role, it's a front-row in a skilled trade, working with someone who takes craftsmanship and exceeding client expectations seriously and will expect the same from you. What this actually looks like day-to-day: You'll assist with in-home installations of custom closet and home storage systems, reading designs, handling materials, operating tools, and keeping the job site clean, organized, and moving efficiently. The Lead sets the standard; your job is to match it and help the team deliver a finished space the client is genuinely thrilled with.

Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred Experience with closet installation a big plus
Responsibilities :
Work with Lead to install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication Maintain a safe and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
