Job Description

Overview We are looking for a skilled Cabinet & Millwork Installer to join our installation team. Installers work in teams of two and are responsible for installing fully custom cabinetry and millwork in residential and commercial spaces. Most projects are local with occasional out-of-state travel. We offer steady year-round work, a professional work environment, and opportunities for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Install custom cabinetry, vanities, built-ins, wall panels, and architectural millwork according to shop drawings and specifications Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings Measure, level, scribe, trim, and adjust cabinetry for precise installation Perform final touch-ups including caulking, sanding, and minor adjustments Load, transport, and handle materials safely Maintain clean and organized jobsites Communicate professionally with project managers, team members, and clients Ensure all work meets company quality standards and installation timelines
Requirements:
5+ years of cabinet or millwork installation experience Strong understanding of cabinetry installation methods and carpentry techniques Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Proficient with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime may occasionally be required based on project needs
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
