Job Description
Installation Manager - Cabinet Refacing Kitchen Revive | Chicagoland Area Kitchen Revive is looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead and manage our cabinet refacing installation crews throughout the Chicagoland area. This is not an entry-level construction management position. We are looking for someone who understands cabinet refacing, kitchen installations, finish carpentry, and installer management and can make sure every project is completed on time and to a high standard. The Role As Installation Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our kitchen refacing projects from the time a job is ready for installation through final completion. Your primary responsibility is to manage our installation crews and make sure every Kitchen Revive project is completed correctly, efficiently, and professionally. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate multiple cabinet refacing installation crews throughout Chicagoland Schedule installers and maintain an efficient installation calendar Review upcoming projects to make sure materials, measurements, and job details are ready before installation begins Communicate project expectations and job details clearly to installers Monitor installation progress and keep projects on schedule Perform jobsite quality-control inspections Identify and resolve installation issues quickly Coordinate punch-list and service work Hold installers accountable for workmanship, cleanliness, professionalism, and schedule Communicate with customers when installation-related questions or issues arise Work closely with the sales, production, and operations teams Help recruit, train, evaluate, and develop installation crews Continuously improve installation processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Cabinet refacing experience is strongly preferred.
