Job Description
Redo Cabinets Measure Technician $60,000-$75,000/year What We Offer Competitive annual salary of $60,000-$75,000 , based on experience Company vehicle and company-supplied tools Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and Paid Time Off Full-time, year-round employment Opportunities for career growth and advancement About the Role Perform accurate field measurements of kitchens to ensure materials are ordered correctly for cabinet refacing projects Create detailed drawings and documentation for installation teams Evaluate job sites and identify installation challenges, irregularities, or conditions that may require modifications Review project specifications with homeowners to confirm scope of work and installation expectations Coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, and Installers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Identify plumbing, electrical, or structural considerations that may impact installation Maintain accurate paperwork, measurements, and project documentation Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing Redo Cabinets in customers' homes Key Qualifications Strong understanding of cabinet layouts, kitchen design, and remodeling terminology Exceptional attention to detail with precise measuring and documentation skills Ability to identify installation issues and communicate solutions effectively Experience with cabinet installation or cabinet refacing preferred Carpentry, plumbing, or electrical knowledge is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Why Redo Cabinets Family-owned and trusted since 1953 2024 & 2025 Guildmaster Award Winner Big50 Award Winner 2023 Top 500 Remodeler A+ BBB Rating Company vehicle and tools provided Steady, year-round work with a growing remodeling company Leadership committed to supporting your success and professional growth Opportunity to help homeowners transform their kitchens with exceptional craftsmanship About Redo Cabinets For more than 70 years , Redo Cabinets has helped homeowners transform their kitchens with beautiful, high-quality remodeling solutions.
