selected. Most of our projects are Resume Builders and / or jobs you will be PROUD to have worked on. Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trim Carpenter with Cabinet Builders skills to join our construction team as a
SUBCONTRACTOR.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and finishing custom trim, cabinetry, and woodwork in commercial and residential spaces. Your expertise will help transform blueprints into beautiful, functional environments that meet project specifications and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within the commercial construction industry, emphasizing precision, craftsmanship, and safety. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute trim and cabinet installations Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior woodwork including baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, door casings, and custom cabinetry Operate hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and screwdrivers with precision and safety awareness Use power tools including drills, routers, sanders, and woodworking machines to shape and finish wood components Ensure all installations meet quality standards, building codes, and project timelines Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate work sequences on-site Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to power tool safety protocols and industry best practices Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial carpentry with a focus on trim work and cabinet building Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking and carpentry Knowledge of wood construction materials such as framing lumber, MDF, plywood, veneers, and metal studs is preferred Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills Commitment to safety standards including power tool safety certifications or training preferred Join our team to bring craftsmanship excellence to every project! Pay:
$40.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
