Skilled Woodworker/ Cabinet Maker

• above average concept of math
• fractions and decimals
• basic computer skills are required
• strong leadership and communication skills
• broad understanding of tooling details. Experience with moulder, shaper, gang saw, CNC, drum sander a plus
• firm grasp of construction basics

• daily management and execution of woodworking projects large and small
• quality control of projects completed to ensure high satisfaction for all customers.
• develop new and adapt existing knowledge and skills to complete the assigned projects
• prioritize multiple operations and projects in accordance with management priorities to ensure maximum efficiency and reliable delivery.
• inform decisions related to the procurement of tools and supplies for assigned area of responsibility
• work with management to ensure properly operating equipment and safe work environments
• work directly with draftsman to ensure clear and concise drawings are produced for assigned projects
• communicate directly with customers when necessary to ensure project accuracy
• promotion of positive, caring and diligent work culture Experience

• Woodworking:

  5 years (preferred) 2 years (required)
• manufacturing/warehouse environment: 1 year (preferred)
