Gutter Crew Installer 9301 W 53rd St, Shawnee, KS 66203 $23
  • $27 an hour
  • Full-time $23
  • $27 an hour
Full-time Week:
Mon-Fri, occasional
Sat Hours:
7am to 5pm (may vary due to weather, projects)
Driving:
Must have a clean driving record, be insurable, and able to operate company vehicles.
Work Scope:
o
Coordinate & Oversee Job:
Review job order, communicate questions/concerns, pick up materials, before pictures, plan installation for efficiency/safety, install gutters, after pictures. Pick up trash and materials to ensure a well-rounded customer experience.o
General Troubleshooting:
Diagnosis and communicate the issue and possible resolution with Foreman. Attributes /
Qualifications:
o
Construction Skills:
Prior Gutter experience required. Ability to operate a 5" and 6" seamless gutter machine.o
Independent:
Ability to work self-directed. Demonstrated prior independent work in a self-directed manner.o
Customer Service:
Positively interfaces with customers (homeowners),o
Quality:
Detail-oriented and focused on quality.o
Safety:
Responsible for safety on the project, attentive to site considerations, follows policies.o Teamwork /
Communications:
Ability to work well with others and proactively communicated job status, issues etc.
Physical Requirements Ladder:
Must be able to climb the ladder.
Bending:
Bend repeatedly through-out the day
Hands/Knees:
Work while on hands and knees
Lifting:
Lift 50lbs
Compensation & Benefits Rate:
$23
  • $27/hour depending on experience/capabilities
Benefits:
Medical & Dental Eligibility after 60 Days. The company pays 85% of the employee premium.
