THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION - PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE BUILDING CABINETRY IS REQUIRED.

Are you a craftsman who takes pride in the "perfect fit"? We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Builder to join our semi-custom production facility. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for woodworking, Mouser Cabinetry wants to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this position, you'll bridge the gap between high-volume manufacturing and bespoke craftsmanship. You won't just be pushing parts down a line; you'll be responsible for assembling and modifying high-quality cabinetry based on specific client orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble semi-custom cabinets ​Execute custom modifications (increased depths and heights, integrated end panels, etc.) per shop drawings ​Operate standard shop machinery (table saws, miter saws, pneumatic nailers) safely and accurately ​Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

2+ years in cabinet building ​

Precision:

Ability to read blueprints and measure within 1/32" accuracy. ​

Efficiency:

A "flow" mindset—balancing high-quality output with production deadlines. ​

Reliability:

A solid work ethic and a team-player attitude

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday Day shift (8 hours) Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
