General Summary :

Operation and maintenance of woodworking machines, power tools, pneumatic tools and hand tools, to cut and assemble cabinet components according to blueprints. Essential Job Functions Operation and maintenance of woodworking machines, power tools, pneumatic tools and hand tools, to cut and assemble cabinet components according to blueprints Knowledge of building materials Provide excellent teamwork and customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to custom build pieces in an efficient manner Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Proactively communicate job conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person Make arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately Be exact in measurements and markings so that materials will be used efficiently, and the projects will meet budgetary restrictions Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information Will always practice good housekeeping to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite Ability to constantly lift and move heavy and large objects Sustained periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling Periodically working at heights over 5' Access and mobility in tight spaces Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment Manage and receive material deliveries and restock as necessary Ability to work overtime as requested Operate motor vehicle to travel to jobs to perform installs or lockouts Comply with all policies and procedures Physical demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Work environment and schedule:

Normal business hours: Monday

• Thursday, 7 am
• 4:30 pm and Friday 7 am
• 11 am Ability to work overtime as requested Periodic night and weekend work may be necessary Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management
