Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a skilled Carpenter, where your expertise in woodwork and building techniques will bring innovative residential and commercial projects to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse tasks, from framing and drywall installation to intricate trim work and restoration projects. As a vital member of our crew, you'll utilize your hands-on skills and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality craftsmanship that exceeds client expectations. Duties Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide project execution Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools for woodworking Construct framing, formwork for concrete, drywall installation, siding, and stucco applications Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, moldings, and other custom woodwork components Perform restoration work including water damage repair, mold remediation, plastering, and rebar installation Operate woodworking machines safely for precise fabrication of wood construction materials Assist with heavy lifting tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed on-site at all times Requirements Proven experience in residential carpentry, framing, drywall installation, or related construction fields Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, CNC machinery, and woodworking machines Familiarity with metal stud framing, flooring installation, fixture installation, and siding techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively on construction sites with various conditions Knowledge of power tool safety standards and proper handling of construction site equipment Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in restoration or remodeling projects Join us if you're eager to apply your carpentry skills in a collaborative environment that values craftsmanship and safety.
