Open Roles:

Lead Installer - $25-$30/hr Supervise a crew of 1-4 on commercial job sites installing custom doors, windows, frames, cabinets, and architectural millwork. You'll read blueprints, coordinate with project managers, and make sure every job meets spec.

Requires:

3+ years commercial millwork installation, OSHA 10/30, blueprint reading, own tools Installer - $15-$22/hr Work alongside our lead installers on commercial sites. You'll handle materials, assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting, and help keep job sites safe and organized. 1+ year carpentry/installation experience preferred — new to the trade? All candidates must:

Lift 75 lbs and handle physical work Own hand and cordless tools Pass background check and drug screening

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (hours vary by job site)
