We are looking for someone to join our team on 1st or 2nd shift in our production department located in Salisbury, MA. Build custom shipping crates! Use your hands-on skills with wood, tools, and blueprints to create durable packaging for a variety of products. All you need to know is how to accurately use a nail gun and circular saw and we are willing to train the right candidates to start a new career path!

Duties:

Responsible for constructing custom and standard-sized wooden crates for the safe transport of goods. Accurately measure, mark, and cut wood and other materials to the required dimensions using hand and power tools. Use hand and power tools, such as nail guns, screw guns, hammers, and saws, to securely assemble the crate components.

REQUIREMENTS MUST KNOW HOW TO USE A NAIL GUN AND CIRCULAR SAW

Ability to read blueprints a plus Ability to lift heavy materials Prior experience using hand/power tools a plus Prior experience operating a forklift a plus
