Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
A Trimline employee works as a floater, filling in for multiple roles on the cabinet construction assembly line.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Use airtools, drills, hot melt glue, jigs, and other equipment to assemble cabinets to specifications. Install drawer boxes and dummy fronts for cabinets and install rails/clips into completed boxes. Fold and install cardboard shelf braces into cabinets. Use the hinging machine to drill doors and install hinges. Use scanning system to verify RFID tags inside doors and fronts. Accurately interpret production labels and assemble packing trays. Ensure quality specifications are met for all aspects of trimline operations. Maintain a safe work environment, including housekeeping Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to identify cabinet types, wood species, finishes, and color variances Ability to use basic math concepts and read a standard tape measure
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Required Physical Ability:
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time Frequent bending, crouching, pulling, and pushing Regularly lift and/or move up to 30lb, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lb
WORKING CONDITIONS
