Picture this:
it's Monday morning in Baltimore. Materials are staged, subs are checked in, and your plan aligns cabinet installs, drywall patches, and paint touch-ups across several units—each destined to be tenant-ready by week's end. You lead the charge, tools in hand and team at your side. What you'll do Own daily site operations for interior unit renovations across multiple properties. Perform and direct cabinet installation, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and punch-out. Turn scopes of work, unit layouts, and cabinet plans into clear field execution. Partner with Project Managers to uphold schedule discipline and quality benchmarks. Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections. Diagnose issues early to keep unit turns moving without surprises. Document progress with daily logs, reports, and photo records. Champion safety standards and company policies. Maintain orderly, clean, tenant-ready work areas. What sets you up for success 5+ years in renovations; prior Foreman or Lead Renovator experience a plus. Comfort across multiple trades and a passion for crisp, professional finishes. Strong grasp of unit turns and workflows in occupied properties. Ability to read layouts and scopes; clear communicator and steady leader. Detail-focused with pride in craftsmanship. OSHA certification preferred (not required). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
