Role:

Cinch Mechanical LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Plumber Helper to join our growing team in Joppa, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn the trade, and build a rewarding career in the plumbing industry alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems Transport, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites Prepare work areas by digging trenches, cutting openings, and clearing debris Support pipe fitting, soldering, and plumbing fixture installation tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times Follow safety protocols and adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations Communicate effectively with lead plumbers and crew members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or a related trade required. Willingness to learn plumbing techniques, tools, and industry best practices Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in and around Joppa, MD Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance record Basic hand and power tool knowledge preferred Valid driver's license is a plus
