Experienced Siding Installers / Crews Wanted

QR Code Link to This Post S&K Roofing, Siding & Windows is looking for experienced subcontracted siding crews in Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia. We're an established exterior remodeling company that values reliable installers who take pride in their work and want a long-term partnership. What you'll do:

• Remove existing siding and install vinyl, fiber cement and engineered wood siding
• Install house wrap, flashing and trim to manufacturer specs and code
• Do aluminum trim and coil wrapping
• Set up the jobsite, protect windows, roofs and landscaping, then clean up and haul away
• Handle punch-list and warranty work as needed
• Meet S&K quality and safety standards
• Be professional and respectful in customers' homes What you need:
• At least 3 years of siding installation experience
• Current general liability insurance and workers' comp
• Vehicle or trailer to haul materials
• Your own tools and equipment: ladders, scaffolding or pump jacks, aluminum brake, nail guns and compressor
• Photos of past work
• Clear communication in English with our project managers and customers about job issues, material needs and schedule changes What S&K provides:

• Siding, trim, coil and accessories This is a subcontractor (1099) opportunity, not an employee position.
