In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finishing work on residential and commercial projects, transforming raw structures into polished, functional spaces. Your expertise in carpentry, woodworking, and finishing techniques will ensure high-quality craftsmanship that meets project specifications and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to beautiful, lasting results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 95% of work is new construction and very little remodel work/apartment/condos. Do not need power tools, just a tool belt and basic hand tools. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, moldings, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry components with accuracy and care. Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols. Install fixtures including door hardware, coat hooks, and cabinetry hardware. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; ensure all safety procedures are followed during heavy lifting and material handling Requirements Some experience in residential trim carpentry. Proficiency in reading blueprints would be great but not needed. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers; power tools including drills, sanders, nail guns for woodworking Some knowledge of wood construction materials and woodworking machines to achieve precise finishes. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety practices such as power tool safety and proper lifting techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during assembly or installation tasks Strong problem-solving skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing project needs or unforeseen challenges Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to bring quality finishes to life!
