Job Description

Interior Renovation Specialist Location:

Howell, MI (Serving Livingston County & surrounding areas)

Pay:

$25-$35/hour, based on experience and skill level Grit & Grace Renovations is looking for a skilled Interior Renovation Specialist who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism. We're building a long-term team—not just filling a position. If you're dependable, work efficiently, and enjoy seeing a project transformed from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Drywall installation, repair, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing Interior painting and surface preparation Trim and baseboard installation Flooring installation Tile installation Cabinet installation General interior remodeling and finish work Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential remodeling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Dependable with a strong work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation (required) Truck and personal tools are a plus Pay & Employment $25-$35/hour, based on experience and skill level Full-time and part-time positions available Positions currently begin as 1099 contractors, with the long-term goal of transitioning qualified team members to W-2 employment as the company grows.
