Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installation / finish carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry techniques, with the ability to read blueprints and elevations effectively. This role involves working on-site to install, various cabinets, countertops and light repairs of cabinetry, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. We are willing to train the right individual, should you have some carpentry experience. Typically no outside work. Responsibilities Perform installation tasks including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. Execute trim and frame carpentry projects with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project requirements. Assist in some deliveries, some heavy lifting tasks associated with construction projects. Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on-site. Requirements Experience in the restoration industry or relevant construction fields. Strong skills in carpentry, including woodworking, trim, cabinet installation Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for quality assurance. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
