In this role, you will be responsible for designing, assembling, and finishing custom crates and wooden containers to meet project specifications. Your expertise will ensure that each crate is sturdy, precise, and ready for shipping or storage. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately build crates according to specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and finish crates using hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, and screwdrivers Operate power tools including woodworking drills, sanders, nail guns, and other machinery safely and efficiently Select appropriate wood construction materials like plywood, lumber for reinforcement, and other components needed for crate assembly Ensure all crates meet quality standards by inspecting for structural integrity and proper fit before shipment Collaborate with team members to manage heavy lifting tasks and handle large or awkward materials safely Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to power tool safety protocols at all times Assist with remodeling or restoration projects involving wood framing, drywall installation, or fixture mounting as needed Use of Saws, Handhelds, Drills, Saws Experience No Expeireience Needed High School Diploma Hardworking Reliable Join us as a Crate Builder where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
