Role Description We are seeking a full-time Cabinet Installer to join our installation team. This role involves installing custom cabinets in new homes and remodeling projects while ensuring accuracy, quality, and professionalism on every job site. Because every project is custom, this position requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to problem-solve in the field. Some installations are straightforward, while others involve intricate details and creative thinking to achieve the best final result. Responsibilities Install custom cabinets on residential job sites Read and interpret plans and frame sheets to ensure accurate installation Use hand and power tools safely and accurately Scribe, trim, adjust, and finish cabinetry to meet project standards Communicate professionally with builders, homeowners, and co-workers Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle Ensure installations meet Westwind Woodworkers' quality standards Qualifications Cabinet installation preferred Experience in finish carpentry, remodeling, residential construction or millwork installation is beneficial Strong measurement and basic math skills Ability to read and interpret frame sheets and blueprints Proficiency using hand and power tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ pounds Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
