Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of woodworking or cabinet-making experience required Experience setting up and operating woodworking machinery and hand tools Ability to operate edge banders, heat presses, table saws, panel saws, and routers Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, blueprints, and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to inspect products and ensure adherence to specifications Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and perform frequent standing, bending, twisting, and lifting Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and work extended shifts when needed

Job Duties:

Produce high-quality laminate and custom worksurfaces for office furniture applications Cut, shape, smooth, edge, and fabricate standard and custom wood products Set up and operate woodworking equipment including edge banders, saws, routers, and heat presses Read and work from AutoCAD drawings and production specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Assemble products using adhesives, hand tools, and finishing techniques Perform routine maintenance on woodworking machinery and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE Collaborate with team members to improve processes, quality, and efficiency Why This Opportunity?
