Print Lab Wraps is looking for an experienced Senior Vehicle Wrap & Graphics Installer to join our growing installation team in Lakeville, Minnesota. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a skilled installer who can confidently take a vehicle or graphics project from prep through final inspection and produce clean, professional work without needing constant supervision. What You'll Work On Our installers don't spend every day doing the same thing.

Projects can include:

Full and partial commercial vehicle wraps Fleet graphics Cars, trucks, vans and trailers Specialty and motorsports vehicles Large-format vinyl graphics Wall murals and architectural graphics Window graphics and perforated vinyl Frosted and privacy films Signage and specialty installations Paint Protection Film (PPF), depending on experience What We're Looking For The right candidate should be able to demonstrate professional-level vinyl installation skills, including: Confident installation of full and partial vehicle wraps Proper stretching, heating and post-heating techniques Clean finishing around complex curves, corners, channels and body lines Professional trimming and finishing Proper surface preparation Removal and reinstallation of appropriate vehicle components Identifying and correcting installation issues Working efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Reading work orders and managing projects through completion Maintaining a clean and organized installation environment PPF experience is highly valued and may increase compensation. Experience with 3M, Avery Dennison or other professional wrap films is preferred. 3M Preferred Installer, Avery Dennison certification or other industry certifications are a major plus—but we're more interested in what you can actually do than what's printed on a certificate. Show us Your Skills Experienced applicants should be prepared to provide photos or a portfolio of previous installation work. Final candidates may also be asked to complete a hands-on installation assessment. Your compensation will be based on demonstrated installation ability, quality, efficiency, versatility and experience—not simply the number of years you've been installing.
