In this hands-on role, you'll transform outdated cabinets by professionally refinishing existing cabinet boxes and installing newly manufactured doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes, hinges, and hardware. Previous cabinet, carpentry, or woodworking experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training on our cabinet refinishing and refacing process. More important to us is strong attention to detail, comfort working with hand and power tools, good problem-solving skills, and pride in producing high-quality work. Duties Prepare cabinet surfaces for refinishing through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other preparation techniques using Miracle Method's proprietary process. Refinish existing cabinet boxes to create a smooth, durable, professional finish. Install new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes, hinges, handles, and other hardware. Safely and confidently use hand and power tools, including drills, saws, sanders, routers, and similar equipment. Measure, align, adjust, and install cabinet components with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Identify and troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise on site. Safely lift and maneuver cabinet components, tools, and materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Follow company procedures and safety standards. Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule. Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Comfortable using (or willing and able to learn to use) hand tools and power tools. Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to accurately measure, align, adjust, and install components. Ability to follow detailed processes and learn new techniques. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently once trained. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials and equipment required for the role. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer job sites.
