Maintain strong attendance and punctuality, showing flexibility and willingness to work overtime when modular production schedules demand it. Demonstrate ability to safely and effectively operate miter saws, air Nailers/Fasteners, and standard hand tools. Strong command of measurements, fractions, and basic math required for accurate trim layout and cuts. High standard of craftsmanship with a sharp eye for clean joints, tight miters, and professional-grade finishes. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
Indoor, climate controlled or factory manufacturing setting with regular exposure to tool noise and sawdust. Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.
