Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Shop Team Member to join our team. This position is primarily focused on building custom cabinetry in our shop. Experience is not required . We're open to applicants with cabinet or construction experience as well as those looking to learn the trade. We're looking for someone who is dependable, works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in their work. You'll work alongside our team building custom cabinetry from start to finish, with responsibilities based on your experience and skill level. Key Responsibilities Build and assemble custom cabinetry Work with cabinet parts, sheet goods, hardwoods, and other materials Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare cabinet components Operate saws, sanders, drills, and other shop equipment Assist with sanding and preparing cabinetry for finishing Read cabinet plans, measurements, and project details Maintain a clean and organized shop and work area Help load, unload, and organize cabinetry and materials Work with the team to keep projects moving efficiently Follow shop procedures and safety practices What We're Looking For Dependable and consistent Strong attention to detail Willing to learn and take direction Comfortable working with your hands and using tools Able to work well with a small team Takes pride in doing quality work Able to lift and handle cabinet parts, materials, and sheet goods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience No cabinet experience is required. Previous experience in cabinetry, carpentry, construction, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on trade is a plus. We welcome applicants at different experience levels and will base responsibilities and pay on experience and skill level.
