Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. This role focuses on crafting, assembling, and installing high-quality custom cabinetry that elevates the look and function of commercial spaces. You'll work with a variety of materials, tools, and machinery to bring precise designs to life. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cabinet fabrication. Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet components using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and shop equipment. Perform trim carpentry tasks, including door hanging, framing, siding installation, and final finish work that complements cabinetry installations. Safely lift and move materials, components, and completed products throughout the shop and job sites. Assist with project planning through basic construction estimating and material takeoffs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards. Collaborate with shop managers, installers, and team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations. Requirements 3-5 years proven experience building commercial cabinetry. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents; CNC experience is a plus. Proficiency with woodworking hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Knowledge of safety practices and the ability to perform heavy lifting when required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment. Clear communication skills for coordinating with team members, project managers, and other trades during installation. Laminating experience a plus Why Join Us?
